It takes patience and hard work to be able to provide our customers good food that's good for you and the planet. Our beef is processed and dry aged at a small town USDA locker who has recently become Animal Welfare Appoved.  We ship out every Monday to ensure enough your beef will arrive before the weekend. Do you live near Stromsburg? No problem, simply select "Local Customer (Pickup Order)" when you check out and pay. We will prepare your order and contact you to schedule a time for pickup.
